"You'll be my bride.", said the dragon.
"No, you are not my knight, and I'll fight!", said the girl.
It was supposed to be the sample file of my tutorial of extracting blonde hair in my Chinese blog, then I decided to add more details.
I love the fantasy scenes, especially the scenes with dragons :D
I didn't expect to produce such kind of work because I was not that much into the medieval theme except the games; however, after I combined the girl and the background together, I suddenly felt I could add more elements to make the picture more interesting ---- so I put the dragon above the castle and the reptile skin on the girl.
I lowered the saturation of the images and added the gradient map, so the color of the light receiving area was more saturated then the shadow part.
Thanks for the premade background provider. It reduced my time and efforts.
For me, the most important parts of this piece are the color tuning and the matching of the materials. And I think the overall atmosphere creation will be the major part in my future works.
